All of these medicines carry manufacturers, routes and patent status, and each one has its own page with the full profile — composition, reach, binding targets, candidate new uses and trial status. 735 also carry measured binding targets, and 110 have had possible new uses checked against trial records. The remainder are unanalysed, not ruled out. Brand-name medicines with no generic are searchable but kept out of the list, since a company still owns them. Possible uses are drawn from published target–condition links and counted only where the drug engages that target at a dose people already tolerate. Direction checks read variant-consequence annotations, which mislabel some gain-of-function variants, so treat them as a screen rather than a verdict. Nothing here is medical advice.
