Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendation. The ledger lists unproven research hypotheses derived from public data alongside established uses. Do not start, stop or change any medicine because of anything here. Anyone with a medical question needs a qualified clinician.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. Figures carry their provenance inline — values marked assumed or derived are placeholders or calculations, not measurements — and even sourced figures can be wrong, outdated or misinterpreted by the pipeline that assembled them. Patent expiry dates are the holder’s own filings and move frequently. Use of the site is at your own risk; to the fullest extent permitted by law the operators accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of its content.

Data sources and licensing

Content derives from FDA Orange Book, Open Targets, DrugCentral, ClinicalTrials.gov, each subject to its own licence. The assembled dataset is released under CC0 (public domain dedication); attribution is appreciated but not required.

Acceptable use

Automated access should respect robots.txt and avoid load patterns that degrade the service for others. The AI-generated explanation features are exploratory aids; they reason only from the supplied public data and may still be wrong. Their output may not be republished as factual claims about any medicine.

Changes

These terms may be updated with the dataset rebuilds; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
